How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please return it by following the instructions below. Merchandise that is defective or was damaged during shipment will be exchanged or refunded at no charge if accompanied by a receipt within 14 days of purchase. All other returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please return the item and re-order the correct item online. Once the returned item has been received, you will be credited for that original item.


Return Instructions
  • To expedite your refund, please include documentation of your order (your e-mail acknowledgement, e-mail shipment notice or packing slip) with the merchandise you are returning and clearly note the reason for your return.
  • Any return shipments that are not pre-paid by the customer (except in the case of damage or defect) will be subject to a fee that will be deducted from the refund amount.
